• વેબ સાઈટ યુઝ કરવાની રીત & General Terms

1. પ્રથમ તમારે  અહીયા આપેલી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટેની લિંક (રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ માટેની લિંક ખોલવા અહીં ક્લિક કરો) પર ક્લિક કરી અથવા +91 9904704242 પર ફોન કરી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવા માટેની લિંક મંગાવવાની રહેશે તેમજ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી લેવાનું રહેશે. કોઈ યુવક/યુવતી નો ડેટા જોવા માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફરજીયાત છે. (મિનીમમ ગ્રેજ્યુએટ થયેલા હોય તેમને જ આ ફોર્મ ભરવાનુ રહેશે. ઓછુ ભણેલાએ આ ફોર્મ ભરશે તો તેમનો ડેટા વેબસાઈટ ઉપર મુકવામા નહી આવે તેમજ ભરેલી ફી પણ રીફંડ નહી થાય.
2. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવ્યા બાદ આપનો બાયોડેટા યોગ્ય હશે તો ટૂંક સમયમાં વેબ સાઈટ પર મુકવામાં આવશે. તેમજ સોશિયલ મીડિયાના માધ્યમથી તેનો પ્રચાર પ્રસાર થઈ શકે છે.
3. યુવકો માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી 500/- રુ, NIR/વિદેશમાં રહેતા ભણતા યુવકો માટે 1500/- રુ, યુવતીઓ માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી 250/- રુ, તેમજ NIR/વિદેશમાં રહેતા ભણતી યુવતીઓ માટે 750/- રુ. રાખેલી છે (જે યુવક/યુવતી પોતાની પ્રોફાઈલ વેબસાઈટ/ગૃપમાં નથી રાખવા માંગતા અને તેઓને માત્ર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવી કોન્ટેક્ટ નંબર જોઈએ છે તો તેઓને ઉપર જણાવેલ ફી બે ગણી કરી ભરવાની રહેશે.). જો આપ ફી ભરવા સક્ષમ ન હોય તો અમને જણાવશો, તમારી આર્થિક પરિસ્થિતિ નું અવલોકન કરી યોગ્ય જણાએ ફી મા છૂટ-છાટ/ રાહત આપવામા આવશે. (રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી નોન રીફંડેબલ તથા નોન ટ્રાંસ્ફરેબલ છે. જો ફોર્મ ભરવામા ભુલ કરી હશે તો બીજી વાર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી ભરવાની રહેશે જેની નોંધ લેશો.) 
4. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવ્યા બાદ વેબ સાઈટ પરથી તમને યોગ્ય લાગતા પાત્રનો ID Number +91 9904704242 પર મોકલી આપશે તો અમારી ટીમ તમને તમારાં યોગ્ય પાત્રનો Contact Number જણાવશે. (યુવકોને યુવતીઓના જ તેમજ યુવતીઓને યુવકોના જ Contact Number મળવા પાત્ર છે. આપના Relatives માટે Contact Number માંગી શકાશે નહી.)
5. પહેલા પેજ (મેઈન પેજ) ઉપર નવા આવેલ બાયોડેટા મુકવામાં આવે છે. જેમ નવા બાયોડેટા આવશે તેમ તેમ જુના બાયોડેટા પાછળ જશે. આમ, જુના બાયોડેટા જોવા માટે મેઈન પેજ ઉપર નીચેના ભાગમાં  More Post પર ક્લિક કરવાથી વધારે બાયોડેટા જોવા મળશે.

3. Applicant must verify his/her age limit (for male age limit must be above 21 years, and for female age limit must be above 18 years). We are not responsible for lower age limit criteria.
4. Profiles once uploaded on website cannot be edit or delete.
5. Nirvighnah Pasandgi website owner has reserved the right to edit, refuse or discontinue any profile at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Neither this group nor any of its owners, officials, or agents, shall in any manner be responsible for any loss or damage, caused to any user, arising out of any matrimonial alliance or relationship established subsequent, to the use of this website.
7. We are not bound to provide you a life partner as per your requirement. "We are only providing you online platform to show your bio data/your advertisement."
8. Collected fees is only for to upload your data on website.
